A business analyst is someone who is responsible for analyzing and documenting the processes and projects of an organization. Business analysts play a critical role in every project by properly identifying needs, engaging stakeholders, assessing solutions and evaluating their performance to look for improvements over time. Professional Accreditation

MacEwan University is a member of the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA®) Academic Program. All courses within the program have been endorsed by the IIBA® and are aligned with the internationally recognized Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK® Guide).

These courses will also help individuals preparing for certification with IIBA and satisfy eligibility requirements for the Certification of Competency in Business Analysis™ (CCBA®) and/or Certified Business Analysis Professional™ (CBAP®) designation—the industry benchmarks of excellence for business analysts. They may also be used to satisfy recertification requirements.
