Course Description

Keeping projects on track requires effective project measurement and reporting. MacEwan University’s “Measuring and Reporting on Project Activity” course teaches the core concepts of tracking project performance to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget. You'll focus on essential metrics, including deliverable metrics, baseline performance, control values, forecasts and troubleshooting techniques. In today's dynamic workplace, project managers must demonstrate accountability, ensure deliverables meet expectations, track resource utilization and satisfy stakeholder needs. This course immerses you in monitoring & controlling practices, connecting them closely with deliverables, delivery and uncertainty mitigation in modern project environments.
