Learners will apply new processes, technology tools, and techniques to optimize the core processes of warehousing: receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing and shipping. Learners will apply digital and operational competencies to warehouse design and inventory management, and increase their knowledge of technology for use in warehouse processes to make better decisions that will improve processes and increase customer satisfaction.
