Course Description

Change success is determined by more than just on-time, on-budget implementations. For a change to be successful, it must be accepted and integrated into existing operations. In this course, you will be provided with a structured framework for developing measures to evaluate changes, monitor progress and create corrective actions to ensure your changes are sustainable. Topics include measures of change, the monitoring and evaluation process and addressing common pitfalls.
