Course Description

Administrative professionals work in many settings that evolve over time, and they contribute to organizational success by keeping their workflows smooth and clear. In this course, learners will explore how documenting procedures support long-term efficiency, how decision-making influences short-term projects and strategies for managing files and email communications.
