Course Description

Administrative professionals are often on the front lines of an organization, interacting with the public and coordinating work across teams. In this course, learners will learn how to foster psychological safety through inclusive communication practices, recognize the differences between internal and external communications and apply effective communication strategies during and after a crisis. 

Learner Outcomes

Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to: 
- Apply effective practices to lead conversations within diverse teams
- Craft strategic messages that that balance brand voice and values with communications goals
- Assess and respond to evolving situational factors that impact communications strategy
